Beginner Meditation Kit

Make a donation to receive access to our Beginner's Meditation Kit: 8 meditations of different styles to help you get started on your meditation practice. Led by Brittany with over 200 minutes of guided meditation practice is on demand for repeated use. (Please keep in mind that we pay around 5% in credit card processing fees for each trasnaction.)

Pilates Mat Beginner's Kit

Want to get into Pilates but don't know where to start? Learn the basics here with over 50 minutes of classical exercises. With options for modification or variation, this class can play on repeat as many times as you need to refine your movement and work toward a dynamic Pilates practice at home.
